Are you often plagued by having too many windows open and not being able to flip between them with ease? This programme may be a solution, not only to open windows but also to the myriad of widgets with which some of us like to populate out desktops. Sure, we might use a virtual desktop manager such as iGoogle or GMDesk but this is a different type of solution that I have just started playing with and am finding it fun to use..

I have a Firefox browser open as well as an email application (Groupwise) , a Word document and my timesheet in Excel. There are no widgets for download because you create them yourself. You can clip any part of any web page to your desktop, get web widgets or keep your favorite media files on your desktop. It can be most popular page from Youtube, your playlists from some music site etc..

How useful is this? It allows you to use any of the applications without opening a web browser and being distracted by surfing or checking the latest in Facebook. It saves time because you don’t have to wait for your browser to open and, if you use more than one browser, there is no problem switching between them.
